I studied Psychology and Education at Lesley College, Boston University and Boston College.
I am certified to work with individuals as well as groups and families. I earned my B.S., M.Ed., and C.A.G.S. in Education, Counseling Psychology and Social Work. I am a certified School Adjustment Counselor, Teacher, Guidance Counselor, Director of Guidance, Elementary Principal and Social Worker.
I also studied at The Stone Center at Wellesley College where I continued to learn about current issues in School Psychology, such as social skills training and "bully proofing". I consulted with teachers and parents.
I worked as a School Adjustment Counselor for twenty nine years, and a teacher for seven. I have been in school since I received my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study and I expect that I will always be taking courses. I supervised Masters' Degree level interns from area colleges such as Boston College and Lesley University.
I studied THE WORK with Byron Katie at THE SCHOOL FOR THE WORK where I obtained my certificate so that I could practice and teach The Work. In addition I spend many hours at seminars and workshops sharpening these skills.
I live in Wayland and work in an office in my home.
